Review on Oenophilia Acrylic Chiller Stainless Steel by Steven Adams

I have mixed thoughts on my review so I'll get straight to the weakness of this marbled wine cooler: it doesn't stay cold for long and even then doesn't keep bottles well chilled. However I still find it a very useful product for my red wines which I take out of my wine cooler but its thermal mass is only enough to hold heat for about 1 hour. This is often sufficient, but it does not bring a full bottle of red wine to drinking temperature, let alone cool white wine. I drink 75% red wine and mostly use this cooler when opening a bottle. But I usually find my bottles get hot quickly. So I'd give 4 stars for keeping the red bottle at 55-65 degrees (since that's not long), 2 stars for trying to keep white wine cold, and 5 stars for looking nice. . . Overall, I would still buy it again, but I think 3 stars is a reasonable rating.
