First arrival dented. I called and was asked to take it to the UPS store and ship it back. Too heavy and big for me to make it. So I ordered UPS. Cost me $$$$$. Finally the second came. Same dent, same spot. This whole ordeal left me weeks behind and it took me another $20 to send it back and who said the next one wouldn't be damaged. I was refunded $100. Big thing. $30,000 kitchen remodel and that's all I see when I walk in. About the fan? Installation is not for beginners. When lifted it looks great and works great. I replaced the bulbs with LEDs.
