We have a kitchen gadget that I recently discovered is made by Whirlpool. Our bikes on the bottom shelf broke one after the other. I called Kitchen Aid to get a replacement and found that the wheel sets cost about $34 each. I canceled the purchase and found a cheaper generic version online. Then these came along. First, great price. They appear to be durable, but only time will tell. They are made of plastic like everything else and can therefore break at any time. The grommets on all these types of kits make installation easy - just snap them into place. It is so easy. We've had frustrations over the years with one wheel falling off the front and the other falling off the back. So we got by until we started replacing them. (Our dishwasher is 10 years old.) They seem strong enough and worth five stars.
