MAYBE A COUNTERFEIT! about sports nutrition

This is going to be a bit long. I love Dymatize Protein Powder ISO 100. This is the only protein I've used for over 3 years. I usually buy chocolate fudge brownies and gourmet chocolate flavors because I'm not a fan of vanilla protein powders. I ordered a birthday cake, cinnamon rolls and fruit pebbles in 1.6lb containers for the sample and a 5lb container of fudge brownie as I can always trust chocolate. This powder doesn't have the same consistency as previous containers I've bought from a general store like GNC or my local supplement store. This powder feels very fluffy and is not the usual very fine granules. The powder also doesn't mix well and forms a layer of foam on top of the cocktail when I shake it in the mixer bottle. It also seems a bit more watery than usual. I don't like the taste of birthday cake; it tastes like bad vanilla powder and as mentioned before I don't like vanilla protein so there is some prejudice here. The cinnamon bun powder also had a fluffy feel, with chunks floating around as it was mixed and the cinnamon settling to the bottom of the cocktail. The cinnamon roll tastes better and feels less watery, but still forms a frothy layer on top of the smoothie. The tags also seemed to have some imperfections, which isn't a big deal but makes me doubt the quality as I've never noticed it on previous purchases. I haven't gotten the fruity pebble flavor yet and haven't opened the brownie fondant container yet, but I'll try to remember to update this post when I do. With all the inconsistencies in these protein powders, I'm not 100% sure they were ACTUALLY made by Dymatize. These products were sent to the Middle East where I currently work, but the protein powder that was brought had no problem flying. I won't be buying them from Revain again and feel pretty dubious about consuming them, but I'll at least buy a cinnamon roll when I get back to the US to do a quality comparison. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE. IF POSSIBLE, SIMPLY BUY THESE PRODUCTS FROM A RELIABLE DEALER.
