This dongle allowed me to connect my 6 year old Dell laptop that was never connected to my hearing aids. It also allows you to pair more than one device with it, so you can switch from one to another, e.g. B. a loudspeaker, then a telephone or hearing aids. I am more than happy. The brochure even explains that the Bluetooth that comes with the Windows operating system is the most basic Bluetooth. The only difficulty is for those who cannot find the Device Manager file on their computer. Just type device manager in the search bar on the taskbar. It will show you that it is in the Control Panel. Click on it and remove all Bluetooth settings. Then launch the included disc after connecting the bluetooth dongle and follow the instructions.
