This knife and cutting board combo is great. It's not only beautiful (red alder with maple and walnut accents) but also amazingly functional! The knife hides in the board when not in use, the board leans well against the back of the counter. fresh bread on a board and sliced. The knife is sharp, long and easy to use. Thick or thin, all slices look like professional cuts. When you're done, brush the crumbs off the board, place the knife in the holder and place it against the back board. Looks great and works great!
