Do not use colored pencils without colored pencil paper
I have been drawing with colored pencils for 4 years and I use thin mixed paper and Prismacolor thin colored pencils, the colors do not mix well and there is always some dark areas in small paper whites Stains. I thought this was an inherent disadvantage of colored pencils, but I was very wrong. With this paper the colors blend better and there is no smearing in the shadows (it has a little less line and texture as a compromise but I can finally draw deep shadows), it makes a big difference.
