I love this paper so much I draw drawings in fonts, slate and ink go well together and I like the way slate/graphite looks I can don't write TT go back to the graph, it's erased but it isn't. Uwu And my cold pencil lay well on its side

So far I love this Strathmore Crayon Paper. I use it every day for training. In any case, it is best to use a colored pencil. The tablet itself comes with a sturdy back so I can draw on my lap. The paper itself has a good tooth that can hold many colors, making it easy to blend and create shadows.

I bought these crayons because my crayon teacher recommended them for my class. When I finally used Indigo Blue (PC 901) and had to sharpen it, the pencil split in half! Now it's hard to control and I can't get a good sharp point, which my instructor says is very important. :-( Most of the other pens seem fine. Haven't been able to use them all yet.

I have been drawing with colored pencils for 4 years and I use thin mixed paper and Prismacolor thin colored pencils, the colors do not mix well and there is always some dark areas in small paper whites Stains. I thought this was an inherent disadvantage of colored pencils, but I was very wrong. With this paper the colors blend better and there is no smearing in the shadows (it has a little less line and texture as a compromise but I can finally draw deep shadows), it makes a big difference.

The rougher side of this paper works well with most brands of colored pencils I have: Polychromos, Pablo, Holbein, Luminance, Prismacolor Premier (and old Berols) and Derwent Coloursoft. Derwent Procolour and Artists have issues, but they don't perform well on most papers (especially lighter colors) as the core is hard and reluctant to release pigment, and work better on Pastelmat or similar papers. Advertised as "Color Pencil Paper". And yes, it's downright awesome. But don't let this mislead you into thinking that this is the only strength of this article. Put simply, this is the best drawing and coloring paper I have ever seen. It is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for graphite painting. This is amazing for pens and makers. It is the ideal thickness and strength and is not only the perfect tooth for colored pencil but also for graphite. It's also blindingly white, so clean and beautiful.
