Advertised as "Color Pencil Paper". And yes, it's downright awesome. But don't let this mislead you into thinking that this is the only strength of this article. Put simply, this is the best drawing and coloring paper I have ever seen. It is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for graphite painting. This is amazing for pens and makers. It is the ideal thickness and strength and is not only the perfect tooth for colored pencil but also for graphite. It's also blindingly white, so clean and beautiful. If I could only choose one paper to draw and paint with for the rest of my life, it would be easy, no question. It also has a little trick. On the one hand you get a nice paper with a small amount of jag - kind of like the Strathmore line of drawing paper, which is perfect for capturing this graphite and this colored pencil material and then making it dark and shiny. But it's not TOO many teeth. It's not that rude to fight you. Perfect. Enough. But on the back of each sheet you also get a different finish, smoother if you like. So think of the front as some kind of "parchment paper"/cardboard if you like, and the back as some kind of bristle board or smooth if you like. You can get everything with this paper and it's even the perfect size. To be honest, you don't even have to do any research or even spend money on anything else. Just buy a few of these pads and you've got all you need.
