Bought two for different rooms. First, it's not pretty. They work great! But they are ugly. It's more olive green than brown and looks like faux alligator leather. hicks. It's not my style at all but I chose them over others based on the reviews. The button that beeps when changing settings is very loud. Imagine throwing metal spoons against a stone wall with a loud noise. I thought it would be better to use remote controls but. None of the remote controls work. I bought fireproof sockets and plugged them in after seeing melted cords and burned sockets. He just unplugged the outlet and was unplugged because it got too hot. I felt the cord myself and of course it was very hot. Metal pins would burn my skin. I will use them anyway because of the flameproof plugs. I highly recommend getting some if you are using wall heating.
