It’s good to have an inventory list of all materials used by our facility. The reports it generates also help us keep track of what we use. I like how easy it is to update them with new data from suppliers and vendors. Sometimes you receive updates but not as frequently as you would like. For example a report might show 1 ton instead of 2 tons when you submit another request so they will be updated later in the day or week. Good if you need to know exactly where each material goes at any time during its usage. We always get this information quickly which makes it very beneficial for management decisions throughout the year.
