Very easy to use. I'm not sure if it really works but I want to believe my teeth are whiter. The instructions should state that the bleach needs to be applied to the teeth and it would be better if the applicator had a brush tip for this. There is no benefit in applying bleach to the tray itself as it barely touches your teeth that way. I just used a water tip to apply bleach to my teeth. It then simply connects to your phone. The white container in the form of a mouthpiece that comes with the kit is completely useless because the device does not fit in the box due to the cables coming out of it. I didn't take a before and after photo of my own teeth, but I'll update if I can get the guy to let me do it. ;)
