as far as I can verify but this is the second broken one I have received. The first looked like it was delivered by Ace Ventura in the Pet Wanted scene. Amazon was kind enough to replace it and when it arrived today it wasn't even in the box. simply in a bag with an undamaged empty sealed package next to it. I don't even know how that could have happened, but with a cutter that big, it's really hard to trust the integrity of the bit when it arrives in this condition. Not to mention the bit is rusty. I love the Freud beats and really wish this beat was what I expected but with such a bad experience of ordering it twice through Amazon I would highly recommend buying it elsewhere.
