I two Baldwin locks, a single cylinder deadbolt with SmartKey and a second key lever for SmartKey access. The latter had a factory error, they forgot to pre-install one of the screws to tighten the outer arm. You can see from the photos provided. So I sent it back for an exchange, I hope the new one is in good condition. To be honest the deadbolt lock works and looks perfect. Let's see how long he lasts. To tighten the handles, it is necessary to unscrew the screws in different directions, which is not very clearly described in the instructions. I'm giving it five stars now because both locks look and work well. I hope this review will help the manufacturer describe this part of the installation in a more understandable way. 03/18/19
