Works great but use nuts and bolts instead of rivets
New assembly works perfect! The window motor is a little louder than the original, but it's not as loud and doesn't really bother me. If you're going to do the work yourself, I recommend buying yourself some nuts and bolts to fit the holes rather than using the rivets that come with the kit (at least 2 for the windows). UPDATE: 2 years later. The motor/controller assembly still works great!
