Homemade Furniture Polish
I have Norman Stark's formula book of recipes from the 1970's for household cleaning products, cosmetics, ant killers and just about anything else you could want. I wanted furniture polish and the recipe called for carnauba wax ("one of the best and hardest waxesโ) and mineral oil. I bought Oslove Organics wax and was very satisfied. The polish came out great and works well on my vintage Victorian furniture, not to mention my old 1930's linoleum table.
