The first block did not work, returned

The first block was unsuccessful, did not work. Sent back and got a replacement. Hopefully that won't be the case, so far so good. They said it was a new model for them. Your supplier should be scolded and say "This is a new model, test it thoroughly before you release it" as it's a fairly expensive item, $400 so waiting won't fail and none return is required.
