Withstood over 100 uses and still works. Makes good espresso for the price. Even considering the price, the milk frother is not bad. You'll have to spend a lot more to get one that produces microfoam. Doesn't make you a cappuccino like a thousand dollar Starbucks machine, but still passable. Really easy to use and clean. Remember to wipe down the brew head after each use. I saw complaints about the leaking water tank and people complained about the plastic material for it. What other materials are you looking forward to? Mine hasn't leaked at all and seems durable for plastic. People have to drop it on the kitchen tiles or something. In general, the purchase is satisfied.
