Fit and finish are problematic. You need to clean up the top dovetail with a file. The face is large and easy to read even with my poor eyesight. The hand moves freely, or at least freely enough for an amateur like me. And it's easy to zero. I would rate it a 4 or 5 if the dovetail wasn't mistaken. I know it's "cheap" for a test indicator, but it's still expensive enough to justify testing things like this before packaging.
