I installed two full sets of 4 on two 2004-2009 F150 pickups (one 2007 and one 2009). They fit perfectly, requiring only one hole in the steel for each fender (and one on each side in the plastic inner fender liner on the front wheels) and utilizing the two existing holes on each fender. The contour suits the truck well, they are functional, very unobtrusive and look much better than the flat fenders. In addition, they are largely self-aligning/self-aligning. For the first set of four I have about 45 minutes to install, please take your time and read the instructions carefully. The second set lasted less than 30 minutes. This rating is for PN 56601 and 57601, 2004-2009 F150 without OEM fender flares. Another plus, in case anyone is interested, they are designed and manufactured in the USA, in the state of Kansas.
