Review on 🚴 CYCPLUS M1: Waterproof ANT+ Wireless GPS Bike Computer with LCD Display and Backlight - Perfect for Tracking Speed and Distance on Your Bicycle by Flocka Parsons

The screen is much easier to read than the Wahoo Element Bolt I owned and records and downloads much of the same information. It's less than 1/3 the price. You have to remember to press the left pause button every time you stop, and uploading results to Strava requires more effort, but for the price, this device is a winner. The setup instructions were minimal, but after a few false starts I was able to figure it out. One thing to note; The instructions say to enter the wheel's diameter, but you must enter the wheel's CIRCLE instead. Google the wheel circumference for your tire size. When a device searches for devices, you need to make sure that only the device you want to add is active. If you have already added devices and try to add another one, the device will stop searching on the first device it finds, even if you added it earlier. Activate the first device, let the device discover it, turn off that device, then activate the next device you add, and so on. This allowed me to add my Wahoo Fit, my Wahoo speed sensor, and my Wahoo cadence sensor. I ran the Cycplus app and the Wahoo app simultaneously during a 52-mile ride, and the time, distance, and average speed were almost exactly the same at the end of the ride. The Wahoo app automatically loaded into Strava as soon as I paused and finished the ride. I then opened the Xoss app and it took a few minutes to sync to Strava, but when I finished the same ride was recorded on Stava with very similar stats. I then deleted the Xoss version so I don't get duplicate removal points. The fact is that Xoss allows you to record and upload rides to Stava. I'll keep the Xoss app active on my next trip to see if I can save download time.
