Review on Fiamm 72012 Horn - Low Note Replacement for Enhanced SEO by Jacob Seymour

Works great easy to install

I bought this for my Yamaha R6 to replace the weak horn it came with. The stock horn wasn't even loud enough to be heard over the bike's engine. This horn arrived quickly, I received it in about 4 days. When I installed the horn it didn't quite fit like the original, but since the original was about 2 inches in diameter I was surprised I was able to get it working right away. Installation was easy, just unplugged the factory horn and plugged in a new one, attached the factory horn bracket as the bracket that came with this horn didn't work in the tight space I had on my bike, reattached it to the bike in Factory location and I did as I thought. I tried turning the handlebars from lock to lock but with sportbike fairings it couldn't turn left and then right again. Because the horn was larger, it hit the fairings. This was an easy fix in 2 seconds, I just leaned over and tweaked the horn, bending the strut so it didn't hit or rub anything. The sound is nice and loud, like a truck horn, and gets heard and caught the attention of everyone around me. For the price I would recommend this to anyone and everyone to replace their factory horn.
