We use this program to track temperature of pre heated ovens for catering events that we host at various locations across California! This software is very easy to navigate through when you are in need of information or data from your previous event/catering job. The customer service team can be somewhat slow responding but they do get back out there soon enough once an issue has been resolved by another member within their department. I like how it helps keep all parties involved up-to speed regarding any issues pertaining towards my account as well as ensuring proper documentation via the system keeps things organized so nothing gets lost along the way. It also saves me time not having to manually input each new order into excel every single day which makes life easier since most orders don't change often throughout the weekdays. As mentioned above, being able to see what temperatures were used during different days helps us ensure everything runs smoothly without wasting too.
