This is a good concrete brush with stiff and widely spaced bristles. It will be a good scraper on smooth floors. This is NOT a window squeegee - the squeegee blade is in the same plane as the handle so you can only use it at about a 20 degree angle from the center line in this case. I like this as a patio broom because the handle is 4-6 inches shorter than a typical broom handle with three of the four-piece handles. I'm a little person - YMMV. (To disassemble the handle you need to press the locking button on a hard surface. I hope the spring loosens a bit over time).
