This was the first whetstone I ever bought to sharpen knives and I was amazed at how much was included. The kit contains four different sharpening grids as well as a leather sharpening strap and a stone for aligning the sharpening stones. I was nervous about screwing up the corner and ruining my knives because I had never sharpened a knife on a whetstone before. This is where my favorite feature of this product comes in - corner guards. A small clip you attach to the back of a knife to guide sharpening and maintain a constant 18° contact angle with the stone. Very useful for newbies like me. I am very happy with this product and can't wait to start sharpening all my old dull knives.
