Review on 🌀 Hamilton Beach 6-Speed Hand Mixer with Beaters, Whisk, and Snap-On Storage Case - White by Peggy Snow

Just delivered today and failed normal test. Mixing attachments are very difficult to attach. The motor runs pretty slowly, and a little drag will slow it down even more. The motor burned out within 5 minutes after use. When the base dough was ready, I made a well in the center of the dry ingredients, added the wet ingredients and started mixing them on the lowest speed. The batter rose along the nozzles towards the mixer itself as it thickened. The engine slowed and made a noticeably strained noise. The motor burned out before the dry ingredients were added to the wet ingredients. The packaging is misleading as it suggests that this product is suitable for soft dough (cookie dough). I would say that it is more suitable for whipping cream. Very light ingredients. It's currently in a garbage can. I couldn't even use the storage container or the whisk attachment, so unfortunately I can't comment on that. The packaging is small. The postman was able to put it in our mailbox. Just to give an idea of the size of the product. The size of the picture is deceptive. It came in a box with an address label. It may have been scattered a bit along the way. It is of similar quality to products intended for children learning to bake/cook. Very simple and not very efficient.
