PROS: Sturdy construction and good workmanship of individual parts you will use on a newer BMW with parking sensors - Easy to install - Overall good price CONS: - No written Installation instructions included and/or printed on the box (although it's not hard to get the details right) - Not a fan of witches. A simple Philips head would make installation even easier and quicker (Allen key included). You can tighten this screw as much as you like, but the plate will just slip off. You need this washer to really secure this mounting plate. It seems obvious, but before you tighten and/or attach the actual license plate to the bracket, make sure it doesn't disable your parking sensors. There is no quick release pin or anything that disengages the mounting plate from the mount. You have to remove the license plate before you can do any further adjustments (very annoying). Even with the shorter of the two brackets (comes with 2 options) it still sticks out about 2-3 inches from your bumper. A third, shorter mounting piece is for those who want the plate to sit flush with the bumper.
