It is very easy to use for both technicians as well managers; it has all of our needs in one place! There are some things I would like added but that's just nit-picking at this point because we have been so happy with everything thus far!! We had no idea how much time was spent searching through multiple spreadsheets before finding what needed doing next or when something broke down - now there’s an entire team dedicated solely towards keeping us up dated about work orders/maintenance requests etc., which helps keep everyone informed throughout their shift (and not having every department involved).
Also being able see reports from other departments such as HVAC & lighting makes tracking overall progress easier than ever prior especially since these two areas overlap quite often too ;) Having access via mobile devices allows me be more efficient during my day while working out side jobs around town instead staying stuck.
