Review on Ford Boxlink Tie Down Anchors: 4-Pack Replacements for FL3Z-9928408-AB FL3Z-99000A64-B, Compatible with F150 F250 F350 by Evan Hernandez

I ordered a set of 4 anchors as I had already installed Ford mounting plates. All 4 will not work with the bearing plate because the locking lever does not have enough locking play. Tolerance was less than 1mm, but enough to prevent use. A locking mechanism broke when I tried to force the lever to lock. For the remaining 3 I disassembled the locking lever from the locking mechanism and bent the lever slightly to ensure proper clearance. This error case should have been rated with fewer stars in this review. However, I contacted the company and they promptly sent me a replacement. Unfortunately, these replacements also encountered the same problem. That's why I gave a few extra stars for customer service. Otherwise the anchors are of good quality and comparable to "genuine" Ford products. Not sure if there is a slight difference in the 2021 Ford nameplate or an issue with anchor tolerances. Attached is a photo showing the silver locking lever which had to be modified.
