The device uses GPS to get speed and distance data. The device shows that the GPS is working with a strong signal, but no speed or distance data is displayed. All zeros. There is no support for this device on the company website, and no email or phone support is available. Finally, the device does not connect to the native Android app, even though Bluetooth on my Android phone detects the device. Back to Revain: I will no longer buy unsupported Shanren products. On a positive note, the device easily connects to a third-party cadence sensor and heart rate monitor.
