I just want to write a review to set a record after all the negative reviews here. The best $100 knife set you can easily get. Nice block and knife. Good quality and super sharp. Very happy with what I got for the money. People say knives rust, oh my god. Naturally! Plain stainless steel looks great but is only sharp during the day. So they have to add carbon to the metal to keep it sharp and sharp. This causes them to rust. So be smart and only hand wash them and dry them well before putting them back in the block. If you are still afraid of rusting, rub the blade lightly with vegetable oil and then place it in the block. Again, if you want quality grips then buy German made twins for over £300 a set and don't complain about it. Chinese. Either way, an amazing $100 set of knives. Super happy. If you're looking for better household kitchen knives than these, you're crazy!
