The ability to track each step of production, which can be difficult with other EMR solutions that we've used in the past. It also has an easy user friendly interface for employees using it as well. A few minor problems here or there but nothing big enough to warrant a negative response. We have had great success implementing this product so far, would highly recommend! Tracking supply chain is key to our business, having such a simple way to do that on one system makes things much easier to manage. This allows us to effectively see all activity related to products from beginning to end. I like that we are able to keep track of our inventory in real time, even when we're out of the office. The system is easy to use and navigate. It's also very user friendly for those with less technical skills. We have not found anything that we dislike about this program. We've been able to get our inventory information into one place and it has helped us make better business decisions.
