This product came as promised and I'm glad I bought it. I installed it in my basement on top of a toggle valve that supplies water to my outside water hose. This allows me to water my lawn on a schedule or even on a whim (and discourage tramps). Admittedly, the installation was not easy. My unit came with a stronger mounting bracket than other reviewers and it still took some patience to align it properly with my valve arm and hold it in place on the pipe. And good alignment is key because this unit doesn't produce much torque. For a harder to turn valve like mine, having perfect leverage was a must. After a lot of fiddling around I think I have it. Pairing with the software application wasn't easy either. It took about 20 minutes of patient trial and error. But after that everything was easy. The integration with Google Home seems flawless. I can schedule timers to turn on the waterskin or I can do it with a voice command. Nice to have and worth the effort.
