I like how easy it was to use once we got our account set up! You can see all of your tickets at one time which makes life so much easier for us as well since there are many employees in my office who would otherwise be looking through emails or spreadsheets trying find something they need help with (or just plain browsing).
The reporting features could definitely improve but overall this has been great thus far!! We have not had any issues using their service yet although sometimes when you do run into an issue things take longer than expected due its popularity/volume - however if these problems happen please contact them directly because usually those guys rock. Omnipresence across multiple channels; ticketing system allows me access anywhere anytime via phone call / email etc.; ease & speediness getting answers needed by users quickly without having staff members look over each other's shoulders while sitting next door waiting ; ability track progress easily throughout process allowing quick resolution where necessary.
