Too big for an average height woman. The ad is misleading in size.
I can wrap my waist belt 3 times and still make a loop. It fits me except the waist is about 6 inches too low. When I tuck in the canvas material to bring the waist belt up to my waist, the crease blocks access to the top pockets. This is a great product but it doesn't fit a medium sized woman. If you are at least 5ft 9" tall or if you are 5ft 9" and overweight it will fit.
