This pillow is uncomfortable. It's hard and lumpy. It overflows and is too tall to use without removing the filling. I used two plastic bags to remove the foam to get the correct height and even then it was still too hard and lumpy. The smell of chemicals is annoying for the first week, but goes away. Memory foam is finely ground and becomes dirty when removed. Having to adjust the filling upon receipt is extra work that you don't have to suffer with other pillows. Shredded memory foam is a recyclable industrial waste, not a premium product. I just reviewed the $22 memory foam contour pillow (not shredded) which is better than this one. Most $10 base pillows are better than this $67 queen size pillow. If a solid memory foam pillow costs $22, then a shredded memory foam pillow should be cheaper. I've tried other shredded memory foam pillows and none of them were very good. Firm memory foam and latex pillows are fine.
