These nesting baskets make efficient use of the space in your multicooker. They store easily in the inner pot (I turn the IP stand upside down so the legs of the basket line up with the legs of the stand). I store the cable in the lower basket and measure it in the upper one. The lid still fits. Recommended. UPDATE: One of the welds on the lower basket holding the wire frame to the rim has come apart. Still works if the second one doesn't break. UPDATE 2: The 2nd leg finally came loose so I broke off the 3rd. I honestly don't think they served a special purpose as the mesh material is very durable. I don't think this "lack" should deter your purchase. The baskets are very durable.
