I never thought I would choose a pan over a grill, but here I am. Tired of hamburgers, dogs and kebabs falling on the grill? Hate heating your house in the summer but didn't think you could cook up pancakes and omelettes outdoors on the grill? Well this product is for you. The pan's versatility is amazing, from stir-frying to sautéing. When I need a stove, I take off the flat lid (cooking corn etc.). For everything else I use a frying pan. I cheated and bought a small charcoal grill, so when it's done I put the meat on the charcoal grill for a few minutes to get that smoky flavor and nobody knows the better. Camp Chef products are of excellent quality, so this product is no exception. I use it with my 2 burner stove. I love that it's pre-seasoned so it didn't burn from day one and had a ton of square footage. I have 16 hot dogs and 12 hamburgers with room left. We put 12 Italian sausages for cooking, frying peppers and onions next to them, this is impossible on the grill. It's heavy, so probably not for small try-and-try builds. Cleaning was quick and relatively easy if you have a good brush. I found it pricey but it really delivers on quality and versatility. Tilt the stove slightly to the left so the fat runs towards the hole in the large beer can. I highly recommend.
