Works good - air filter
I change it on our 2011 Explorer every third oil change (15,000 miles). The original from the factory was in pretty good shape after 25,000 miles. Note that I had a small oil breakthrough (3 teaspoons) but nothing out of the ordinary. The fit was pretty snug and I found the best way to install it was to loosen the air intake clamp and lift straight up. This should give you enough space for everything.
