These were the cheapest 6011 rods I could find. Upon opening the box I noticed that some of the rods eventually got wet and the flux coating started cracking. The rod loss was about 10%. I usually buy rods at my local welding consumable store, but they get very expensive. About twice the price of the US brand Forge, but still a decent deal. Although I don't think I'll buy any more. Next time they might all be damaged.
