After moving into a new house that had been vacant for 5 years, I discovered a small static leak in my Febco 825Y 1 inch valve while running the sprinkler system. The Febco website was exceptional and provided a full parts breakdown along with an amazing YouTube video that walked me through the entire process of replacing all the seals and o-rings. This kit comes with O-rings. O-ring lube is required during installation. The only downside is the cost, but compared to replacing the entire valve or calling a professional I think I saved a lot.
