The online retailer Hotloox, which promotes itself as providing women with stylish clothing, shoes, and jewelry, could not live up to customers' expectations. The number of things available was restricted, and the quality of those that were available was subpar. Both the cost and the method of checking out were difficult to understand. In spite of assurances that the things would be delivered promptly, it took several weeks for them to arrive. The customer service was unresponsive and unable to provide any assistance in resolving the difficulties. My experience shopping online at Hotloox was, on the whole, a dismal one that left me feeling dissatisfied.
