Revainrating 5 out of 5

Finally a mill!

I have been needing a garlic press for a long time, but all hands have not reached it. I just shredded it as it works similarly but as I started cooking more I needed to do it more often and thought no and bought a meat grinder. This works great and so does slices if you ever need it. It's not difficult to squeeze and crush the garlic, so there's no gripping problem. It's not 100% easy to clean. Yes, he has that brush, but when you have that thing under the sink faucet, the water pressure works better than anything else. This brush works best when dry, and you might find something you've missed. The included little rubber cone helps peel the garlic and works really well. I was skeptical but it worked! It doesn't loosen the entire outer wrap, but rather loosens it to the point where you can easily remove it. That alone costs money because I HATE peeling garlic cloves, it's a pain in the ass. Be careful, you can rest assured that you will roll it on the surface of the table. I first serviced my cutting board and it just couldn't get the proper traction (it was a glass cutting board). Once I put it on the counter it worked great.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Periodicity
