On my first ride on these wheels I had a severe pulsation under braking. I took the wheels to a mechanic with almost 20 years experience and he checked everything. He made sure all the spokes were properly tensioned and the wheels were perfectly aligned. I went on another trip and the problem remained. I tried cleaning the brake track and pads, flexing the pads, tried every tip I could find. There are no dice. The pulsing was still there. I contacted ICAN and asked them to help with this. They asked me to send a video of the wave. I explained to them that the ripple is what you feel through the brake levers and it's the sudden compression of the wheel by the brakes, so I couldn't capture it on video. I was told that without the video they would not help. Now almost 6 months old and two trips later to other mechanics for a second and third opinion, the ripple is still present and very annoying when dismounting or riding in a pack. The bikes look great and ride wonderfully, but the braking is just terrible. From 30, the entire front of the bike begins to pulsate. I hope you will do it.
