This hair straightener from Damusy does what it is supposed to do. Looks good, heats up quickly and is very comfortable to use. The hardest part was figuring out the plug. The instruction manual is awkwardly worded and I had a hard time figuring out how to wire it up, which sounds silly. There is a handle on the end of the brush that you pull out, plug in the cord and release to lock it in place. I used it for less than 10 minutes so not sure if I should use it longer but the grip was mostly fine although the top got warm. The brush itself seemed fine, definitely too hot to touch but seems to work on the hair. I know nothing about hair so here's my clumsy first try but it still works. It felt like my hair was a bit static and I'd like to put something on top of it afterwards. Photos are before and after. It doesn't straighten flat like a hair straightener, but is lighter and faster. Some components have "yes" checkboxes in the instruction booklet. I can't tell if this is normal so I'm just posting this for your information. It comes with a few accessories, although I couldn't immediately put it in the bag it was in for fear of melting it.
