If the height was accurately listed as only 19 inches I would NOT buy this stand. I have to stay upright due to my lower back issues and when using this device I also look down which causes pain in my neck. Being metal it is very strong but another downside is that it is also flexible at the bottom rear is not enough to prevent this. I have to lean my MacBook upside down against a cabinet to keep the laptop from tipping over completely. I am considering returning this product for these two reasons. Disappointed but not sure if there are other products that solve both of these critical issues.
