The ability to send a follow up email to a customer that is not available on the system. I like that it is not a soft-delete option. It is a hard-delete option. You can't say something is incorrect and then go back and change it. It is a great way to send a follow up email to a customer that is not available on the system. I wish I could delete the email after it is sent. I am able to send a follow up email to a customer that is not available on the system. I can't send an email to a customer that has never logged into the system.
