Disgusting. Broken suitcase. Why didn't they check before shipping? I needed a suitcase urgently. The lock doesn't work. I had to take it in for repair and change the lock completely. The master said that this is a factory marriage. I contacted the support service, they said to carry it to the post office, send it. Why should I do this, waste my time? I called the manufacturers of this suitcase, they generally said that this could not be, that the lock did not work, and they answered very rudely
