I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.
The voltage level of 16 volts was changed to 14.4 volts, and 14.8 volts to 13.5 volts. Pros below: 1. Current regulation. 2. current up to 18-20 amperes. 3. Three voltage levels. 4. Can be used as a power source. Its cons: 1. Do not leave the battery connected to the charger for a long time after it has been charged. 2. The 16 volt voltage step is not needed.
