Okay, I'm just stupid or 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I checked the model number before purchasing. And there it was written EX500C13! EVEN the paper specified fits the EX500C13, unless I read it wrong and I mean it COULD! I checked my husband asked to even check my 12 year old check before I bought it to make sure the model is the same and everything. Simply because I didn't want to spend money on something that wouldn't work. Even the photo showing the back of the computer is the same as mine. but here🤷‍♀️ we order ANOTHER (different brand) case for our computer.
